1. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €5.95. Shipping is free on orders of €60 or more.
2. When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery may take slightly longer during launches, sales and holidays.
3. Will I receive Track & Trace?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
4. Which countries do you ship to?
All available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us at info@afrogenetics.nl.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached. For another size, return the item and place a new order.
6. Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, Afro Genetics will cover the return costs.
7. How do the sizes fit?
Our clothing uses unisex sizing and generally fits true to size. Choose one size up for a more relaxed fit. Check the size guide for exact measurements.
8. How should I wash the clothing?
Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours. Do not bleach or tumble dry, and never iron directly over the print.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@afrogenetics.nl. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
10. What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
11. Will sold-out products be restocked?
Selected products may return, but limited releases are not always restocked. Follow Afro Genetics on social media for restock announcements.
